The closing ridge on the right offers a unique view of the Bódva Valley. The rock formations are beautiful in many places, and the climbing is airy. It is not a difficult route, but an outstanding one.
There are multiple parking spots, which are free. The approach is well maintained. Gear rental is ad-hoc, so it is recommended that you bring your own.
The official difficulty rating of this route is C. The community rating fully matches the official difficulty.
The route has a difficulty rating of C and is relatively short (80 m). We do not recommend it for complete beginners, but sporty beginners accompanied by an experienced climber (on a rope) can manage it.
This is a shorter trip. The climb takes approximately 20 min, the approach 30 min and the descent 30 min. The whole activity takes a little over 80 minutes. Ideal for a sporty morning or afternoon.
The secured section (steel cable) measures 80 meters. During the climb, you will overcome an elevation gain of 30 meters.
The route is physically demanding. The combination of difficulty C, length 80 m and elevation gain 30 m means you will spend more than 20 min on the rock and will need good upper-body strength.
The essentials are a certified via ferrata set (energy absorber), climbing helmet, climbing harness and sturdy footwear. Via ferrata gloves are also strongly recommended. Due to the difficulty level C, we recommend bringing a resting sling for safer and more comfortable breaks.
