ClimbPath is proprietary software protected by copyright.

Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.

2. Database license

Via ferrata database, routes, coordinates, and 3D data are intellectual property of ClimbPath.

Scraping and automated data extraction are strictly prohibited.

3. User-generated content

Users must own rights to uploaded content.

Users grant a worldwide license for content use within the App.

4. Third-party libraries and open source

ClimbPath uses open-source libraries.
