Frequently asked
questions

The official difficulty rating of this route is E. This is an extremely demanding sporting route intended only for experienced experts. However, the climbing community rates it more like D/E.

Not recommended. The difficulty E (rated by the community as D/E) requires previous experience, strength and confidence on rock. A beginner could struggle and potentially block themselves or other climbers.

This is a very short local or training route. The approach takes 5 min, the actual climbing takes about 35 min and the descent takes 7 min. The whole activity can be completed in under an hour (approximately 47 minutes). Ideal for a quick workout after work.

The secured section (steel cable) measures 200 meters. During the climb, you will overcome an elevation gain of 75 meters.

The route is technically and physically very demanding (difficulty E), but relatively short. It requires explosive strength and a strong grip, while overall endurance is less important.

The essentials are a certified via ferrata set (energy absorber), climbing helmet, climbing harness and sturdy footwear. Via ferrata gloves are also strongly recommended. Due to the extreme difficulty (E), we strongly recommend using a full-body harness (or a combination of sit harness and chest harness) and additional rope protection in critical sections.
