Via ferrata „Cesta na Hrad“ začíná s nejnáročnějším (déčkovým) převislým úsekem asi 4 m vysokým. Následuje snadnější vodorovná část v chodeckém terénu, stále jištěná. Závěr vede kolmo či mírně převisle na skalní polici ve vrcholové části, odkud je možné sestoupit zpět k začátku trasy nebo pokračovat k altánku „Vožický výhled“.
The official difficulty rating of this route is D. However, the climbing community rates it more like C/D.
Not recommended. The difficulty D (rated by the community as C/D) requires previous experience, strength and confidence on rock. A beginner could struggle and potentially block themselves or other climbers.
This is a very short local or training route. The approach takes 1 min, the actual climbing takes about 15 min and the descent takes 3 min. The whole activity can be completed in under an hour (approximately 19 minutes). Ideal for a quick workout after work.
The secured section (steel cable) measures 80 meters. During the climb, you will overcome an elevation gain of 37 meters.
The route is technically and physically very demanding (difficulty D), but relatively short. It requires explosive strength and a strong grip, while overall endurance is less important.
The essentials are a certified via ferrata set (energy absorber), climbing helmet, climbing harness and sturdy footwear. Via ferrata gloves are also strongly recommended. Due to the difficulty level D, we recommend bringing a resting sling for safer and more comfortable breaks.
